All artwork provided by the customer remains the property of the customer. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
Customer-submitted artwork is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. It will not be reused, shared, or repurposed without explicit written consent.
We may retain artwork files temporarily for reordering or editing purposes. Files are stored securely and are not accessible to third parties. In some cases, our trusted production partners or vendors may also temporarily store artwork files strictly for production use.
We may send digital proofs before production. It is the customer's responsibility to check for accuracy. Approval indicates confirmation of design, sizing, placement, and spelling.
If we create or modify artwork for you, we retain the right to reuse or repurpose those elements unless otherwise agreed. Exclusive rights can be granted upon request and may involve additional charges.
If your design is sensitive, trademarked, or part of a brand identity, please inform us in advance. We'll take extra care to restrict access and add internal controls to avoid misuse.
