Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of confirmation. After this, production may begin and charges may apply.
As all items are custom made, returns or refunds are only available for defective products or errors made on our part.
Sizing, colour variation, or minor placement differences are not considered defects.
While we source high-quality garments, exact brand, style, or colour availability may vary.
In case of substitutions, we will ensure similar quality and will notify you in advance when possible.
You must own or have permission to use any design, logo, or content you submit.
We are not liable for copyright violations stemming from customer-submitted artwork.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not responsible for consequential damages or business losses.
